At Premiere Online Vape Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed apparel items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the exterior of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
